Century Living Institute™

Nutrition coaching for longer, stronger lives - for individuals, home health partners, and the physicians who refer them.

A practical approach to long-term health

Century Living Institute focuses on nutrition strategies that support long-term health, strength, and resilience. The approach is grounded in evidence, shaped by real-world experience, and designed to fit daily life rather than disrupt it. The goal is not quick fixes or extremes, but steady progress that can be sustained over time.

Work with Elizabeth

Elizabeth Dougherty is a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, Cornell-trained nutrition and wellness professional, and founder of Century Living Institute — a longevity-focused nutrition coaching practice serving individuals, home health partners, and physicians across Florida.
Her approach is rooted in a simple premise: real food heals. Not a program. Not a protocol. Food with a history, eaten with intention, chosen with knowledge of what it actually does in the body.
She knows this personally. At 49, Elizabeth was placed on the liver transplant list and given an 18% chance of surviving to her 50th birthday. She reversed her diagnosis through food. That experience is the foundation of everything she does at CLI — and the reason her clients trust her with the cases that haven't responded to anything else.
With fifteen years as a nationally syndicated health broadcaster reaching more than 100 affiliates, Elizabeth brings a rare combination: clinical depth and the ability to explain it in language people can actually use.
Each consultation is individualized and built around your health history, your goals, and your life as it actually is. The guidance is practical, grounded in current research, and free of the extremes that make most nutrition advice impossible to sustain.
"The average doctor's visit is twelve minutes. I give you the time you need."
